Lettings Negotiator

Job Overview

A Lettings Negotiator works within the rental sector of the property market, acting as the link between landlords and prospective tenants. Their role involves marketing rental properties, arranging viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements, and ensuring all legal and administrative aspects of lettings are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

    • Property Listings: Advertise rental properties via online platforms, signage, and agency databases.

    • Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.

    • Client Interaction: Register new applicants, match tenants to suitable properties, and liaise with landlords.
